Ensure efficient handling of shipments, inventory management, and order fulfillment to help us maintain smooth distribution processes and uphold our standards of quality and sustainability.

Responsibilities:
- Safely operate equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and move products throughout the warehouse.
- Manage shipping and receiving processes by verifying incoming and outgoing shipments with accuracy.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring correct items are selected through order picking and order fulfillment procedures.
- Stock shelves efficiently by organizing products according to warehouse distribution standards while maintaining a clean and safe workspace.
- Utilize basic math skills for inventory counts, label reading, and verifying quantities during stock checks.
- Assist with packaging products securely for transport, adhering to quality standards for orders.
- Support warehouse management system updates to track inventory levels, stock movements, and order statuses.

Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse experience or familiarity with warehouse distribution environments preferred.
- Certification or experience operating forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures along with order picking & packing techniques.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform basic math calculations accurately.
- Ability to load & unload shipments efficiently using appropriate equipment.
- Good physical stamina to stand, walk, lift heavy items, and perform repetitive tasks throughout shifts.
