Can you ship to my address?
We ship anywhere in the United States!
How long will it take to get my orders?
Orders are processed within 48 hours and will generally take 3-7 business days for delivery depending on shipping carriers.
Do you process other tree nuts in this facility?
We do not process any other tree nuts on the facility, we only process macadamia nuts!
Do your products contain other allergens?
All of our Glaze macadamia nut products contain milk. Our Milk and Dark chocolate covered macadamia nut products contain milk and soy. And our Kikkoman Soy Sauce macadamia nut product contains soy.
Do your products contain wheat or gluten?
We don't have the presence of wheat or gluten in our ingredients to contaminate our products. However, we are not a certified gluten-free facility, so we cannot guarantee that there is no gluten contamination present.
Do you have a physical store?
Yes we do! Our Visitor Center is located at our main facility on Hawaiʻi Island in Kawaihae. We also have a sister store, Kaʻū Coffee Mill Cafe located in Kailua-Kona.
What are the best times to see the cannery in action?
Generally most weekdays from 9am-3pm!
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Hāmākua Macadamia Nut Company/Ka'ū Coffee Mill Cafe gift cards!
What are bulk products?
Bulk products are for our customers who are looking to buy a large amount of macadamia nuts. They come in 20-25lb boxes (salted or unsalted) and a variety of styles.
