All Sales Final — Except for Damaged or Defective Items
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you received is damaged or defective.
Reporting a Damaged or Defective Item
If your order arrives in less-than-perfect condition, please contact us within 10 days of delivery. To help us resolve the issue quickly, include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the damaged or defective item/packaging
We’ll review your claim and, upon approval, offer a replacement or refund depending on product availability.
Refunds
Refunds for approved claims will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
